Aborted - Announce N. American Tour With Napalm Death, Tombs
Belgian death metal slammers Aborted have announced the return to North America this April/May, where they will be touring as direct support to Napalm Death's headlining run. Also performing on this tour will be two American groups Tombs and WVRM. All confirmed dates are listed down under.

Tombs - Reveals Details For New Album, Launch Single
Today, you get to hear new music from Tombs and also find out all about their new album. On June 16th, the Brooklyn band will release their fourth full-length, The Grand Annihilation, via Metal Blade Records. Produced once again by Erik Rutan (Cannibal Corpse, Soilent Green, Belphegor, Hate Eternal), the record "remains rooted in the blackened, post-metallic sound that the band has become known for since 2007's self-titled EP, while also being their most experimental record to-date." Brooklyn quintet Tombs will release their first studio recordings with their new lineup, entitled All Empires Fall, on April 1st via Relapse Records. Clocking in at 24 minutes long, the five track EP was recorded at Applehead Studios in New York and brought to life by renowned producer Sanford Parker (Minsk, Twilight, Yob). New York-based metal bands Tombs and Black Anvil are pleased to announce that they will be heading out on a co-headlining European tour this coming April. The Savage Death European march will start on April 9th in Berlin (GER) and will end on April 26th in Dresden (GER). Both bands will be also part of the exquisite Roadburn Festival in Tilburg.

Tombs released their new album Savage Gold on June 10th. Today the Americans present a video for their haunting cover version of David Bowie's classic "Heroes". The video was directed by Jaclyn Sheer and Samantha Astolfi. The song was originally recorded by David Bowie with Brian Eno in 1977. Tombs covered the song in 2012 with the German vocals provided by Ralph Schmidt (Hëllström, Planks). The video can be viewed through the YouTube clip here now.
