Estonian gothic/doom metal act Celestial Crown is currently working on a new album. The release date for Ascending's follow-up is still under wraps but the band hopes it will happen in 2016. Celestial Crown have no official female vocalist now since Diana Volkova left back in 2014.

Last year, the band released the single "Deep Blue" which features singer Viktoria Seima.
