I don't have a damn clue what I just read.
Hope he comes back to metal and kicks ass again. Hes still one of my favorite vocalists. I don't really have much faith that he will though.

This is not really convincing. More like a rumor. Subject to personal interpretation. Him leaving the church does not mean that he once again joins the music industry. This needs further confirmation.

Loosen up people. This piece of possible, nontheless, information was something fans were craving for years now.

It's old news that he's been involved with the church for quite some time. Is the "news" here that he left his employment at the church?

Yes, it is. As stated in the translation, it means that Roy quit his job at the church and will be a full-time musician now. That doesn't mean he will return to the music industry but I'd say it's possibility.

He is one of the most charismatic voices in our music (considering his clear vocals and the musical genre) and I really hope we will have him back. I can't listen to Kamelot since he left and I am pretty open-minded in these situations, but in this situation Roy was irreplaceable.

I just love this part : "With his background as a world star in rock music we were skeptical at first"...
Not sure the fans should expect a lot of that news.

Why do people prefer to moan about Khan being a church member than to celebrate on the fact that he's now (seemingly) recovered?
all the best to him.

No one's moaning about him being some believer of a spaghetti god or whatever fiction he's bought into; it's the fact that this snippet was written by someone with the intellect of an 8th-grader, to the point where we can't decipher a damn thing from this article. As far as we can tell based off this news alone, it's business as usual.

Wtf? It mean nothing. He can also make some gospel band, but will this mean that he will back to the metal scene? I don't think so.

Really? The new guy has almost the same voice as Khan and imo is killing it both in the studio and live.

Hehe, your comment could be read to suggest he's recovered from being a church member.

I wonder.
Did fans really ever liked Roy's voice, or just Conception's/Kamelot's music undermining his voice?
Seems like anything he has ever done that is not "text-book" metal is irrelivent "non-metal bullshit"; fan-adored anthems like "Dont You Cry", "A Sailorman's Hymn", "Anthem", "Abandoned", "Silent Crying", "Epilogue" or anything else he has done with other bands - are they considered "non-metal bullshit" by your standards? Because, if so, these are all irrelivent:

I never said any of that. By the way, it's spelled irrelevant.

I was excited for a second, but this doesn't seem like he is coming back to anything similar to Kamelot.
