American Head Charge - Bassist Chad Hanks Dies
Chad Hanks, bassist and one of the co-founders of Minneapolis nu-metal group American Head Charge, has passed away at the age of 46. He was reportedly battling terminal illness in recent months. A benefit and public memorial for Chad Hanks will happen on Sunday, November 26th, 2017 in Minneapolis.
Hanks' bandmates have taken to social media following his death. Guitarist Ted Hallows wrote: "Rest In Peace my friend. You will be missed and your music will live on forever. Thank you for making me a better guitarist and thank you for all the great memories we shared together. Love you man and won't ever forget you. RIP Chad."
Singer Cameron Heacock simply shared a photo of him with Chad.
