Overmars' "Born Again" is probably my second favorite (after Crimson). I also quite enjoy "Faustian Echoes" by Agalloch, but that's an EP so idk if it fits on your list. Another one that comes to mind is Bongripper's "The Great Barrier Reefer". While that isn't a personal favorite, a lot of people are pretty obsessed with that band. Another EP is "Stained Glass" by Kayo Dot, but once again, idk if you are including EPs.

EPs are ok because it's not gonna be a very long list.

Cool idea for a list. If you wanted to expand you could sift through this list. Not all of them will be one-song albums, though most probably will be. More importantly there's a shit ton of great albums on it. (looks like you got a lot of them though)

Cool list, but Thick As A Brick and Dopesmoker are two song albums.

Hm maybe I will delete them later. Here is the only one album/song from my list which is not on MS:
Awesome song.

And you need some Deathspell.
Haven't heard it myself but this is apparently one song split into 12 parts, like Crimson II I guess:

+1 for The Sacrilege of Fatal Arms. Now that's an album!

List updated. I removed Dopesmoker because every version of that album contains a live track (unlike Crimson). I won't remove Thick As A Brick because it is one song splitted into two parts. Added 'A Pleasant Shade Of Gray', however I'm not sure about it.

Seeing you're from Poland, you should definitely add Massemord's The Madness Tongue Devouring Juices Of Livid Hope.

I am also surprised that no one has mentioned GTT/alkerdeel colab yet.

Kalisia - Cybion
It's one long track but it's been divided into sections, kind of like what has been done on Crimson II.

Really good idea for a list. Can't believe I never thought of this.
And yeah, Crimson II is one song split up into 44 short tracks (which is really annoying when I listen to music on shuffle...), but it still counts as one song.
And I don't have any suggestions either. Everything I would recommend is already here. So a +1 is definitely earned here.

I did find something after all: Kauan - Pirut. Like the Bandcamp page says: "A single, forty-minute track of brooding funeral doom mashed with the beauty of pensive post rock from the Russian/Ukrainian masters of metal elegance".

I love it. Cant say that it will appeal to many, though.

Nope, it's a double album with each album split into two long tracks, which are in turn split into very short tracks. In other words, the album consists of 4 tracks in total.

Yea yea, I just checked it also. I asked about this album yesterday but I was still not sure.
Hehe, I see you edited your message.
Anyway, will you add Kauan - Pirut or not?
Edit: nevermind, I see you've already added it.

Added. According to MA 'A single-39 minute composition, broken down into 8 chapters.'

According to Bandcamp as well, which is more trustworthy than MA.

I think it is. At least on Spotify it's down as such. Shame as it's some great Stephen O'Malley-related stuff.
