Fantastic EP, especially the title track.

9.2/10 - my 3rd favourite EP of all time

Incredible collection of songs, almost better than Anno 1696 in its entirety. Replacing "The Unrest" and "The Rapids" with these two tracks could propel the album to one of my all-time favourites.

Really love the track Song Of The Dusk great Ep as always .

Fantastic set of tracks here. Stained in Red almost sounds like a classic Opeth track.

Could this be a mistake in the track listing here on MS?
I only have the CD version, but from what I understand and from what I've been able to look up online the side A has 3 tracks, and the side B is empty and has a literal etching on it. I mean, it's just a picture etched on the surface of the LP, it's normal practice
So I don't think you're missing out on a song here and it's a genuine misunderstanding

LOL. This is the weirdest but also the funniest database-related misunderstanding I've seen in a while. How people can confuse the detail "180g vinyl packaged in gatefold cover with etching on the B side" with an actual bonus track is beyond me, but apparently that's exactly what happened.

No problem, thanks for correcting it so quickly! I can totally see how someone not into record collecting could have made this mistake, especially since some online stores can be pretty concise with their descriptions, but yeah, it made my day somehow

LOL, can't believe I fell for it. Glad this got settled. Thanks @Pavel_K! Maybe next time there really will be a B-side song called "Etching" and people will cry wolf and miss out on the best song. )

I certainly prefer this to the previous EP, and even prefer these songs to most of what's on Anno 1696.

All 3 tracks are just as fantastic as everything on Anno 1696 so I'm giving it the same rating as I gave that album.

Truly mesmerizing songwriting. Three songs is more than enough to enamour you with melancholy.
