Well, we do actually look at the list from time to time and add a few bands. But we do not want to add 50+ bands in one go, because we're afraid that people will forget about those bands and we'll be stuck with empty profiles. Plus, we also didn't want to add too many bands at the same time because we knew we already had 500+ edits waiting in the queue.

And to be honest, I also didn't expect people would suggest 2000+ bands.

However, with the new edit system that was implemented, we can speed up the process a bit!


EDIT: I've added quite a few now. I'll try to remember to take 30 minutes/an hour each week to add a couple of bands, so hopefully we can cut this list down a bit. Feel free to remind me.

I am pretty sure, you do your best but the sad truth is, suggestions are totally flooded right now and slightly useless for the moment...

but i also hope with new editing system the conditions will improve

Well when my sugested band is addet I do all eddits asap in same day no metter one or 10 bands all be done in same day

I will work on today's added bands as soon as i finish working on my concert review for another site i am obliged to do

My personal opinion is that we don't need them.

I fully agree...so i wonder what him and others like that do here

If that band ever is to be added to the website, he will automatically be linked to it - saving a bit of time.
I don't know the extent of which random "musicians" have been added though.

Well...because they're not listed on the website

You mean in the Staff profile section? Nothing. They can re-activate their Staff profiles again in a second. If they're away for a longer time (think one/two years or more, we demote them to Elite and send them a PM that they're always welcome to return and get their permissions back.)

Some cases they lost some perms like DerRoz did whyle was ofilne, also what was that guys name who was responsinle for MS radio, he lost admin funtion and almoust all perms
