Yeah I think Hellhammer is the best choice here.

This not a derby! Hellhammer's domination is unquestionable, not just in black metal, he's one of the greatest metal drummers in general. Frost is #2 and Fenriz #3.

I don't always pay attention to drums, but even I can't deny Hellhammer's superiority

They arent exactly true black metal, but Proscriptor McGovern (Absu) is fucking insane

If we consider Absu as Black Metal, I would say Proscriptor is the best Black Metal drummer. He's my favorite extreme Metal drummer, all genres included.
And, for the records, Fenriz is very average.
Never really cared for Hellhammer, as he played mostly in bands I hate.
Frost and Horgh are both great. Though, unfortunately, Frost's talent is completely wasted in current Satyricon.

Hellhammer is by far the best drummer I have ever heard. Not just in BM circle but in general. His work with Arcturus, Mayhem, Dimmu Borgir, Immortal, just to name a few of his projects has been amazing.

Hellhammer never recorded anything with Immortal. He only played live.

SO many Hell-hammerz fan boy. Yeah he is good drummer. BM expert.

But I vote Frost. sorry

The choices above I would go with "Inferno" so he gets the vote, my other personal favourites are "Proscriptor" , "Horgh" & "Nick Barker" .

Hellhammer of course and Frost would be no.2
