I'm torn between 7 and 8 for this. It's really nice, but it's not exactly "8" material. Yet.. it's better than a 7.

Great atmosphere, and the changes come at just the right times. Plus, the folk tunes are nicely used, especially the 6th track.

I can see how people would find this too sparse and thus boring, or even say they're trying too hard to be Agalloch-esque. It's just the way people like to write ambient metal in the American northwest I suppose
