Ex Deo - Release New Video


Good news for those who were expecting to hear something new from Ex Deo. The Canadian melodic death metallers have released a new video for the song "I, Caligvla", taken from their forthcoming opus Caligvla. The video was directed by Tommy Jones and you can watch it below.

Caligvla, the band's second album, will see the light of day on August 31st via Napalm Records. More details about the album, including cover artwork and tracklist, can be found here and here.

Can never decide if I like this band.
I guess they are somewhat enjoyable but they leave alot to long for: from not-soepic orchestrations, mediocre riffs/guitarwork, to cheesy lyricism

First album was great in my opinion. This song is a huge let down for me though. They have such a good theme and great potential, I was hoping so much that their second album would blow everyone away. With this as the headlining song.... I highly doubt that can happen.
