The year is 2017 and thrash metal has been injected with a syringe of an adrenaline-like substance called Misleading Evil.

Hazzerd, known as Forsaken until 2013, seek to remind listeners that it's kin with Anthrax, Testament, and Overkill from the 80s, and Municipal Waste, Toxic Holocaust, andd Warbringer from the late 00s. Hazzerd’s Misleading Evil stands as a solid follow-up to their promising EP Victimize The Innocent (2014).

Look, I'm not experienced at ALL with Thrash Metal, a few song here and there, and a couple of Kreator albums, but this shit is fucking FIRE. Super fast, aggressive, while still being super melodic and catchy. And they are from my country, so this is even better. Super impressed with this. Haven't checked the second album yet but this is a great discovery. Saw it mentionned by F3ynman2000 in the latest Kreator comments section and decided to check it out. Thanks !

This is one of the best modern thrash albums. Excellent songwriting.

Hell yeah! I'm revisiting it today and am blown away once again. Top-tier thrash, right beside Vektor's stuff in the ranking of best modern thrash. Might even end up being in the best of all time tier, just like Terminal Redux. Time will tell
