Wow, was not expecting the layers and genre changes from an album tagged as thrash. I don't know what I'd call this. Avant-garde? It's a bit unbalanced, maybe unfocused, but the way they blend different styles into each song is really engaging on first listen. Title track was way too long though.

Indeed. It have a lot of styles, post black, atmospheric black, thrash, death metal, prog metal, even doom metal. I really like it, it has great moments. Found it for two reviews i saw in other pages and i was excited for this, and i was not dissapointed. Still have to dig it though.

This is all over the place - always impressive to find these albums that hit half a dozen disparate styles and do them all well, whether its contorted semi-dissonant death, math rock, blackgaze, or whatever else

What is with the negative review bombing on this? Excellent album.
