Maybe a bit disparaging, but to call this Progressions seems a little ironic. It's a degradation of their last album and gets worse as the album progresses. The first song was actually pretty good, but the rest is not worth another listen.

Right I've had a few spins from this now, and I have come to the conclusion that It's really not good and I don't like it, so I shan't be listening to it again.

Unorignal, horribly written, and wayyyyy overstays its welcome. It's definitely up there for one of the worst albums I've heard this year.
