This album is a great surprise, there's some excellent quality doom here reminding me of Candlemass, and I'm getting a slight hint of Paradise Lost too. the clean vocals take a bit of getting used to but all in all it's a very impressive release, and from Uganda too, just comes to show how far metal has streched, it's literally reached out and touched people from all corners of the globe!

The growls in this album use a bad technique, but it works 'cause sounds like a beast in agony.

Epic traditional doom album. I'm glad the band is finally getting attention outside East Africa

I don't remember hearing any metal from Africa before but these kind of surprises are always welcome. I hear some Candlemass and Paradise Lost influence too. Vocals are somehow unique and I really like them, both clean and growls. Album cover art looks mystical and reminds me of 2001: A Space Odyssey.

So unexpected and pleasant to hear doom sounding metal albums like this from Africa
