An old time classic prog rock band attempting a concept album about Norse mythology? Will we see another Grammy battle between this and 72 Seasons?

The singles have been nice. Surely this one won't be an Aqualung II or something like that, but my old man Ian surely will release something enjoyable.

I might not say much about this legendary band, but I like this more as bunch few last albums , good flute good lyrics put together whit a good music, some kind mysticism here.

That one's good Prog Folk Rock. Maybe their best release since Barre's departure, and counting as Tull releases the last Ian Anderson's solo albums (made by almost the same line-up as this actual Tull).

The flute makes the music attractive and magical. The voice and the rest are well done as well

Masterpiece - the perfect one! Quintessential listen for both metal and non-metal fans alike. This is actually the first Jethro Tull album i`ve fully listened and i am impressed to say the least! RokFlote is an album made by superb musicians led by a living legend Ian Anderson. One cant even comprehend how long their career is. It is a truly a lifelong dedication to music & love for it they share with the world. Achingly beautiful to listen, eccentric, a bit complicated at times. Definitely a rewarding listen. It`s ahead of it`s time, refreshing and rather original. Even my mum loves it and she pretty much doesn`t like a thing i listen to lol. Listen, relax and enjoy while you take a break from extreme metal!

Can't say I was expecting much after the last album, but I'm pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable this was - not something I'll come back to, but I wasn't pining for it to be over. Surprisingly heavy too; turn some of the guitar volumes up and there's actual metallic riffing at times, I assumed that would be a thing of the past based on Zealot Gene

Great album with some nice flute passages. But the songs sort of sound same to one another. But props to the guy for doing this for more than 56years now.

Very impressed by this album, interesting songwriting and as usual a great performance all-round, with Anderson's exceptional flute playing skills at the centre of it all. I definitely prefer this to their previous release, and it could well be the band's best in years I'd say.
