The gothic doom masters The Foreshadowing return after a lengthy absence with a record that's just as strong as where they left off.

Since their days as "How Like a Winter" this band has cofidently toed the line of extreme metal and goth rock, showcasing an ability to write catchy songs that incorporate heavier, death-metal esque tropes. This is a great example of how The Foreshadowing is keeping gothic metal alive and well in 2024. This is a fantastic record that should be heard by any fan of dark, brooding music. Highlight tracks: Lobbies

Just listened to this for the 2nd time and I'm liking it a lot. The previous album is a bit better though, but who knows I'll change my opinion on that. This album seems quite cheerful and therefore not as dark.

All in all a really good gothic metal album.

They are catchy without being cheap and I like that. They deserve more recognition.

Not a mindblowing release, but they got my attention with "Lobbies" and "Judas Had A Friend".
