Initial press run of the CD came on golden CD, while the LP version was a picture disc wrapped in a giant poster, limited to 500 numbered copies.
The LP was later reissued in the US by Ajna Records, with new artwork, limited to 300 copies, and came with a booklet of previews from the forthcoming book (at the time) "Secrets Of My Kingdom".
