Plastilinovy JiNN is proof that metal is everywhere around the world, even in places you'd never suspect. To my surprise, this young band comes from Kazakhstan- one of the countries of ex-USSR, between Russia and China, for those who don't know -, which is probably the place where you least expect to find a metal band. I've noticed that countries that are less likely to have a consistent metal scene usually tend to produce really extreme bands (grind, true black, brutal death, etc.). For once, this is not the case, since Plastilinovy JiNN play indus rock/metal, sometimes almost pop. Read more ›› |
