I absolutely love this album, it's only march & this (is a definite) album of the year contender, well done.

Album of the year!

I don't think it will be my album of the year, but I'm sure it will be part of the top 10

Wow, this is so massive and powerful. Shadow World took some time to grow on me, but this one is an instant love!
I still wait for Solstafir and Wintersun but this might clearly be my album of the year.

Solid album, wasn't too impressed with Shadow World but this is a lot better I find.

Would prefer wolf eyes.

I found "Shadow World" to be disjointed and very unequally balanced when it comes to sections. It was pretty much evident that 1st half of record didn't gelled well with 2nd half; eventually losing the momentum altogether.

What certainly I did find here interesting is very well coordinated record. Good use of elements of Gothenburg metal mixes with great atmosphere gave us the great outline in the form of "Tyhjyys".

This one sits right after "Winterborn".

I liked the production and the heavy tone of the riffs. The album had some variety, that's a step forward we can't deny it. Some tracks like "Boneyard", "World on fire", "the Rift" and "Call of the winter" were enjoyable, the rest of the album didn't touch me. I think they should release slower albums and invest in quality. Their approach is good though.

Kinda liking this. Very clean sounding.

Mr. Savolainen finally brought what Tuomas' music was lacking all this time. Pretty much the best album Saukkonen has ever done.
