You are right but this version of the album was released last month. https://zealandardor.bandcamp.com
And "Sacrileguim I" is a completely different song this time. So I safely consider this as a 2017 release.

What's up with Medusa getting so much love? That album was seriously underwhelming.

I liked it tbh. Definitely not as good or as memorable as The Plague Within though.
