@corrupt, if you were speaking only of wealth and prosperity, then I think we’re probably on the same page. It’s possible I interpreted your original statement too broadly.

Sweden is not a better place to live than the rest of Europe. A lot of things have become worse in the last 40 years. Healthcare is one. Education is another.
I mean, that's usually how things go on the grand scale. Sure you can improve your local community in many ways, but if it's about wealth and prosperity, it will have a component of exploitation. It cannot work in any other way.
