@Ivor: Is it not? Think about it. He can shout that the case was dropped and that he is not a rapist. His accusers can say: "Well, yeah, but technically...". Regarding if someone like him or not: that's a big win.

It's just an inability of the system to bring clarity to the situation that you are bent on seeing as resolved in his favor.

Dude, he wasn't proven innocent. The trial didn't happen. That's neither proof of his innocence nor proof of his guilt.

That's how it works (or should I say: worked) in Poland. Innocent until proven otherwise by court. Unfortunately, we have reached a time when verdicts are made by portals or journalists. Or politicians.

Manson is not the issue. The system is. Manson is just a symptom.

People desire a better system to be able to prove that he did what he was being accused of or be declared innocent of it. That's not what happened here and isn't the same as just wanting him behind bars.
