Daniel Tompkins is an award winning British singer / songwriter from The East Midlands. More widely recognised as ex - TesseracT front man with his unique live performances and unmistakable dramatic soundscapes on the highly acclaimed album 'One'. Since 2009 Daniel has established himself as a highly respected, independent vocalist with a dedicated worldwide fan base. Arguably one of the busiest collaborative vocalists, Daniel's voice has been celebrated as one of the best in modern progressive rock and metal.
Much more than a recording artist, he is an accomplished performer having toured the world earning a host of awards and honours from 'Metal Hammer' Golden God nominations to 5K Kerrang! live reviews, performing to huge audiences in excess of 10,000 spectators in India and sharing the stage with artists such as Lamb of God, Devin Townsend, Meshuggah, Senses Fail, No Use For A Name, Periphery and Protest The Hero.
Having released four successful rock / metal records (see discography), in the last 12 months Daniel has released a further three diverse albums demonstrating his natural ability to marry his sound to various genres and yet remain in mesmerising control of his audience.
