Atrocity - Reveal New EP Details

German veteran metal team Atrocity recently shared some good news. The band is back on Massacre Records and has been preparing a new album. Now, they have also announced a new EP titled Masters Of Darkness, which will be out on December 8th via Massacre Records before the album in 2018. The artwork and tracklist have been revealed.

Crematory - Releasing New Album Next Year

German gothic metal band Crematory are currently working on a new studio album titled Oblivion, which will be released on April 13th, 2018 via SPV/Steamhammer worldwide. The band has been preparing the follow-up to Monument released in 2016.

Dark Embrace - Are Back, Share New Song

Spanish gothic/doom metallers from Coruña Dark Embrace are returning with a new album called The Call Of The Wolves on November 10th 2017 via German label 7 Hard Records. Iced Earth - Announce Freedom Call And Metaprism As Support On Euro Tour

American iconic metalheads Iced Earth recently announced an European tour with dates in Germany, Switzerland and Greece. Now, the band has confirmed that UK's Metaprism and power metallers Freedom Call will join them on the road for these shows in January with the exception of the dates in Greece.

Iron Savior - New Release Coming

Hamburg power metallers Iron Savior will release Reforged - Riding On Fire on December 8th via AFM Records. The release contains re-recorded versions of the most popular songs Iron Savior has released. The band decided to re-record the material because their early albums were not available anymore but a reissue was not possible due to legal reasons. The new version of "Riding On Fire" originally taken from the self-titled 1997 debut, Iron Savior, but now re-recorded by the band in 2017 can be streamed below.

Sadly, American death metal veterans Vital Remains have informed via Facebook that the band's former vocalist Scott Wily has died. He was in the band from 2008-2012. No cause of death has been announced so far. Rest in peace.

Scorpions - New Compilation Details Revealed

German hard rockers Scorpions have recently revealed that they will release a new compilation album called Born To Touch Your Feelings - Best Of Rock Ballads. It will be out via Legacy Recordings, a division of Sony Music Entertainment on November 24th. Check out the songs that will be available on the compilation as well as the cover below. It will also feature two brand-new songs - "Melrose Avenue" and "Always Be With You".

Stryper - Introduce New Bassist, New Album In 2018

American Christian heavy metal group Stryper announced that a new bassist is joining their ranks. After bassist Timothy Gaines was let go, the band recruited Perry Richardson, from the American glam band FireHouse as the new bassist.
