Skyforger - To Perform At Thorhammerfest 2017, Venue Changes
Latvian folk metallers Skyforger (special acoustic set) and Swedish Pagan black metal lords Ereb Altor (special Bathory set) will set sail to Brazil to play three shows, one in Porto Alegre and two in São Paulo as part of the Thorhammerfest 2017. Skyforger also announced a venue change for the show in Porto Alegre.

WildeStarr - Releasing New Album In December
American wild heavy metallers WildeStarr just shared news that they will bring to light a new record, entitled Beyond The Rain. The new album will be out on Friday, December 8th via Scarlet Records. Moonsorrow - Confirmed For Tuska Open Air Festival 2018
Finnish metallers Moonsorrow have announced that they will play at the Tuska Open Air in 2018. The band will perform on their home turf of Helsinki next summer. The Finns are among the first bands announced for the 2018 edition alongside Parkway Drive, Arch Enemy, Ihsahn, Clutch, and Beast In Black.

German funeral doomsters Worship have recently enlightened us about their plans for 2018. While they did release their latest album, Terranean Wake, back in 2012, a new album is expected next year, despite all the delays after some health problems. The band even launched pre-orders for a new album called Dusk Of Legion, Morning Of One but it didn't see the light of day yet.

Finnish folk metal troubadours Ensiferum are about to embark on a Latin American tour but they announced that the Bolivian show, which was supposed to happen on November 15th, has been canceled. The group is touring in support of the freshly released new album, Two Paths. However, a new show has been added in Temuco, Chile on the same day.

Nargaroth - Confirmed For Messe Des Morts VII
German one-man black metal act Nargaroth, who has released a new album this year (Era Of Threnody), will play in Montreal, Canada for the Messe des Morts VII event which will be held in from 23-25 November 2017. Last year, the third night of the festival was canceled "for safety reasons" following a protest against Graveland, with alleged ties to white supremacist groups.

Phil Campbell And The Bastard Sons - Detail Debut Album
Phil Campbell And The Bastard Sons, the new band featuring Motörhead guitarist Phil Campbell alongside his sons Todd, Dane and Tyla, plus vocalist Neil Starr, has announced the details of its upcoming debut album. Titled The Age Of Absurdity, the album was recorded at Rockfield Studios and Longwave Studios in Wales and produced, engineered, and mixed by Romesh Dodangoda. The record was then passed over to the acclaimed Abbey Road Studios in London for mastering.
