Maryland-based rockers Clutch have recently announced Earth Rocker as the title of their forthcoming album, to be released in March 2013 via Weathermaker Music. The band has scheduled holiday tour dates for the Eastern United States beginning in December. A world tour beginning in the UK will start in January 2013. A full tour of the U.S. and Canada will run from March 8th to April 20th, but the details have not yet been announced.

Guitarist Tim Sult said about the album: "As far as the composition of the songs go, this is the heaviest and fastest Clutch album to date."
