Formally there was no game, so no win and no loss. Socially there is a problem precisely because the game *didn't happen* and *that* is favourable to one side but not the other.

@Ivor: Is it not? Think about it. He can shout that the case was dropped and that he is not a rapist. His accusers can say: "Well, yeah, but technically...". Regarding if someone like him or not: that's a big win.

That's how it works (or should I say: worked) in Poland. Innocent until proven otherwise by court. Unfortunately, we have reached a time when verdicts are made by portals or journalists. Or politicians.
