I think Inferno, Martin Lopez, Brann Dailor, Gene Holgan, Mario Duplanter, Dave Lombardo and a few more are a lot better than the ones you listed
so I voted for other.

Pete Sandoval of Morbid Angel, IMO. Great technicality and fury.

I also voted "other". And since you mentioned some of my favorites, already, I will add Richard Christy to the list.

Ben Koller from Converge.
Out of the list however (aside from Other), I'd say Chris Adler from Lamb Of God.

I love how "other" is so far and away the most popular! those options are awful.
Anyway I'm sure he's been mentioned by Vitek (rest in peace) of Decapitated stands out to me as the best drummer in metal. The man is/was a master of interesting rythems and fills, creativity in drumming un matched in any genre and he could blast better than the vast majority of drummers I am aware of.
His death is also one of the greatest losses to extreme metal and all the more tragic since he was so young.

Wow...plenty of better drummers than the ones listed in this poll...as everyone here as already clearly stated lol.
George Kollias, Inferno, Martin Axenrot, Fotis Benardo, Kai Hahto and many others that I could name.
But out of that list, Fredrik Andersson is great! Nicko McBrain is also solid for Iron Maiden.

I think the prog drummers are the most well rounded and best overall. My personal favorite is Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater, but I would say the best technical player I have heard is Virgil Donati of Planet X. I also like Neil Peart of Rush or Jason Rullo of Symphony X, and Danny Carey of Tool. Like I said, all the prog guys pretty much stand out to me.

My favorites would have to be Aquiles Priester (ex-Angra), Des Kensel (High on Fire), Janne Kusmin (Kalmah), and Larry Herwig (Pelican).
May not technically be the best out there, but their drumming stands out in their respective bands' music more for me than most.

Buddy Rich is where it's at.
The videos of him on Youtube are simply astonishing. I doubt that there is anyone in Rock or Metal who even comes close to being able to touch him.
I would guess that Tomas Haake or Neil Peart are the best drummers in Metal, but personal favourites would be Gene Hoglan, Ed Warby, Johanne James and Martin Lopez. I voted for "other" in the poll.
