As for your Farsi, It can be really hard to learn for non-native speakers, considering that, your progress is very good if you ask me.  In the battle of having a weak language ability i am the ultimate winner, because no matter how many languages i literally can speak, i'll always hate verbal conversations keeping "Silence" as my first language. Thus i'm far better when the medium is not tongue but fingers, that is typing not speaking. And the worse, can never turn thought and emotions into sentences... I, sometimes think, in spite of all the progress we, the humanity, are making in any field, still have seriouse problems in communicating..with...our own...species.

When I went to Malta, I visited a place called St Paul's Bay, where there were loads of cats. There was this goose inside one of the traditional Maltese boats:  Well the goose had laid some eggs and instead of keeping them warm herself, a cat was doing it for her, just lying on top of the eggs as if it was it's spawn the goose was just standing and walking about as if it was normal, that was one of the strangest things I've ever seen. The cat even left after a while and the goose took over then the cat came back again and took over, it was hilarious. Like a cat married to a goose or something.

I'd definitely take a picture of it, lol. In Cyprus there were just cats - without birds, eggs or whatever. But, I mean, they still were loners, they just... happened to sleep next to each other at one place. And there was this cat mother and her three little kittens hiding in some hole (right next to my hotel) - I tried to get to them but they were too afraid. Other people couldn't get closer as well. Sad, but this is how it should be.
