Listened to the preview and it sounds weird. Some songs seem to go metalcore, others seem groove-inspired. Not to mention the Title Track sounds WAY to much like Symphony of Destruction.

Excellent thrash .... maybe best TM album written in Europe, (well Sabbat and Artillery (since Coroner is tech thrash) , no doubt best Spanish thrash album, European as well, modern days yes . Just like 80's aggressive, politics, weird lyrics... if I can catch this album and see its outstanding , and see something into it, guy who criticize all , and hardly pick up albums and put only chose bands in TOP, FAV list ... if I pick this, well .... it means something
MS avards should look into this

Very solid, very consistent thrash metal album which will surely turn out to be one of 2015's stronger metal releases. No particular highlights here for me stand out because there's isn't one which is filler material. I do, however, think the album has a very fitting closer, even if a little long. Musicianship is solid, and vocals are nicely versatile, though they do at times remind me of Rob Jukes in his Exodus period.

This is my first time hearing AA but I'd be a little surprised if they've topped this record in the past.
Consistent, very much thrash true to it's element - punkish ferocity blended with NWOBHM melodies without swaying too long either way throughout the album (Except for the closing track which relatively works as a thrash ballad -Thrallad..or how'bout Ballrash!.. anyone?) Vocals are appropriately dynamic ranging from the typical shrieky flat yells to the occasional soaring cleans.

That said, what makes the album stand out further are elements of groove and a little sprinkle of thrashy metalcore: Notably tracks 3,4,6,7,9. The moments imo, specifically sound early 2000's Shadows fall and lamb of god inspired. The dive in and out of forementioned attributes are elegantly crafted into the songwriting. To say that there is little this album accomplishes for originality which has not been done to death a decade ago would be a little blunt. But it's close to what I'm getting at. Also the closer is quite appropriate with some sweet guitar melodies but is not as cohesively intense as they could do. But it still way better than their contemporary Sylosis's dull ballad to end their Dormant Heart.

Overall a tight, enjoyable thrash metal record by an evidently talented bunch, that occasionally flirts beyond the enemy lines, quite successfully like a closet homosexual balancing an extramarital affair with a handsome co-worker in a very Christian society (let me know if you don't get the reference ). The stand-out track for me is the opener 'Immortal'. It's just way too
My critical rating: 3.6/5

They are better than most of the New Thrash bands because they seem to be much original and their melodies are just awesome

I do agree the melodic content are just amazing, over the entire album and that's why I feel they're a very promising band. But when I consider the album as whole, track 1 - totally epic. I'm not kidding when I say I was thinking a completely thrash version of Revocation-like intensity. Its already one of my favourite thrash songs. Besides that - "First World Terror", "Tug of War", "End man" and "I Owe you nothing" are truly diverse good songs that don't have almost any dull moments. Rest of the album, is decent, but lot of expectable patterns and common thrash rhythms used. I don't call them filler songs, just not as good as the stand outs imo. As you can guess my review is not in comparison to newer thrash bands.. but I have a feeling I would agree with you on that also

Anyways I think this is strong contender for best thrash release this year personally. Also I have given good user rating

I agree it's pretty sweet. one of the better songs on album to jam to especially live. But it doesn't stand out in songwriting. For example the intro and main/chorus riff is and proceeds similar to Exodus's - A lesson in violence from thier Debut album. Almost interchangeable. I mean it's not a copy of course but one can call it reused idea.

The album's good, no doubt about it. But is it better than "The Call"? Hard to say yet. Currently "The Call" feels like a bit better.

Personally i think they had mature a lot in songs like Tug Of War and First World Of Terror. To me it seems already better than The Call and i love The Call

Don't really like this at all. Production is weird, songs are way too modern and all the melodies are just way to cheesy. Also I get that they have a lot fo Testament in their sound but there are times where you feel its just way off.

Overall, not a good release by a band that I actually enjoy a lot.

Album is better listened from finish to start. Start at Hidden Evolution and go towards Immortal. Best songs are midway to end, so it might convince you to listen to the whole thing.(and Immortal would make for a killer Closer track)

It does get better. Much better.

Great album, IMO "The Call" beats this one but I guess it's a matter of opinions. Maybe this one has more variety, "The Call" kicks more ass, I like its songs more. "Serpents On Parade" is definitely one of my favorites from AA.

It's not close to Clockwork or Give 'Em War, but even from revival thrash perspective, I found Angelus one to be borderline boring.
