You're stranded on a deserted island. There's no help in sight. However, you have as your only companion a CD player connected to a giant speaker system. You were fortunate to take along a single metal album CD before you went on this cruise and ended in a shipwreck.
The question is, what CD would you choose to have with you?

Acid Bath - When The Kite String Pops

Over the past months, I've been delving more and more into sludge with Neurosis, Mastodon, High On Fire, Crowbar, The Ocean, Baroness, Kylesa,...
Your description sounds great! I'll have to check this out!

I would choose an album that is often highly rated but that didn't click with me. Most of my favourite albums I've heard dozens of times already, but I can imagine trying to enjoy something different and understand someone else's perspective to be a fun journey (and has been for many albums).

The best example of this for me would be Anathema's Alternative 4 or Judgement

Damn that is so hard.. Only one?! Well... I never get bored of Baroness Blue Record and it has variety. Id say this one? But this is way too hard lol.
