Somehow I’ve never heard of this band before. Quite an excellent track, not to mention the awesome cover-art. The extremely high and loud synths before the ambient break are the only part I don’t care for, other than that, great stuff. Better keep my eyes (ears, more like) open for September 16th.

This is an excellent mix of melodeath and black metal with plenty of piano and French lyrics thrown in to spice up the experience!

Finding this about as enjoyable as new Behemoth on the blackened death front, pretty decent album

It's a decent album, it's highly melodic and has some striking synths, but the songwriting is not all that great tbh, they kinda remind me of Necrophobic, only a watered down version. I still much prefer it to Behemoth's new album though.

Wow, I'm going to make some strong stands for once here. But saying it's just as good as the last Behemot (which was booooring), or a watered down version of Necrophobic (which to me is one of the most dull bands in the meloblack scene, always the same formula, no surprise whatsoever, super linear and repetitive) felt insulting to my fellow countrymen over here.

I found the song-writing to be very good on this one. It is quite varied thtoughout the album, the symphonic elements are good, and very well mixed in, never overshadowing the rest. It creates a rather dark and immersive atmosphere that is coherent through the album I feel, and I just loove the spoken parts (maybe the fact that I can understand them plays a role).

All in a all a great album! And I feel a bit ashamed I didn't discover this band many years ago.
