Earache records is actually one of the best Metal record labels I've ever seen, they have released CD's from Carcass, Severe Torture, Decapitated, etc. So I know this label is really impressive in the scene; but I have to be really honest with you all, I found very weird to see this label releasing albums by Linea 77. This time they released "Available For Propaganda" a Hardcore album filled with a lot of Nu-Metal approaches and even some Emo tendencies, I'll explain a little more.

I'm sure many kids will see in this album a big new and violent toy which will scare their parents away; but I'm wondering what will metal fanatics will think about "Available for Propaganda", the music is actually very simple, the riffs are mostly power chords and a couple of down tuned solos, the drumming follows the same patter changing only the tempo that's all, and the dual vocalizations are unoriginal, basic and naïve. So more o less this is what you get with this album, catchy beats and one-dimensional music, that's all I'm afraid.

The album has its good moments too, "Rotten Mouth And Broken Arm" is in fact a good song, bad vocal effects but decent music which actually makes you head-bang a little bit in the interludes, and what I liked the most about this song was the bass-lines beating hardly in the background, so that was a plus for this band, everything was going good till they added a cheesy chorus, but everything before and after that is very good. Unfortunately this is a far as they go in greatness, after this song ends everything becomes monotonous again, even the lyrical content is weird and almost childish, so I don't know what else to highlight here.

The album will be indigestible for many, but I'm sure many impressionable youngsters will hear one song and then they'll buy the album instantly; at least they'll get one good song and clean production, which is a little sad if you think about it.
