It's like a giant steel toe kick in the ass. An all around great album and some of the better Melodeath albums in recent years.

This album is still a minor disappointment for me. They still have a unique sound, especially relative to the melodeath scene, because of their doom roots, but the songwriting just didn't do it for me this time around. I haven't gone back to this album at all since it was out, and much prefer their previous two to this.
