Primordial - US Mini-Tour Announced

Irish blackened folk metal band Primordial has announced that they will headline a US mini-tour this September. This tour will also include the appearance at this year's ProgPower USA XIII in Atlanta. Support on the tour, except on the ProgPower USA XIII festival, will come from While Heaven Wept and Cormorant.

Hate Eternal - Announce South/Central American Tour

US brutal death metal titans Hate Eternal have announced a week-long tour that will take them through Central America and into South America. The band's first-ever trip to these countries begins with a September 1st show in Mexico City, Mexico, as part of the UltraMetal festival and concludes with a September 8th stop in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Hate Eternal is touring in support of its latest full-length, Phoenix Amongst The Ashes.

Kamelot - New Album Title Revealed

After announcing that Tommy Karevik would be the band's new vocalist, Kamelot have now revealed officially that their new album will be titled Silverthorn. It will be a conceptual album and the release date has been rescheduled for October 26th (Germany), October 29th (rest of Europe) and October 30th (North America) via Steamhammer/SPV.

Testament - Samples From New Songs Online

90-second samples from all songs to be featured on the new Testament album Dark Roots Of Earth have been made available for streaming online. The samples can be streamed at this location or at Nuclear Blast's Soundcloud page. The songs "Native Blood" and "True American Hate" are streaming in full. Wintersun - New Album Release Date, Shows In Finland Confirmed

Wintersun have released a new update about their album Time I new release date and announced two Finnish album release shows. The release date of Time I has now been brought forward to October 12th (instead of 19th) via Nuclear Blast and the band will do two special album release shows in Finland. The first show will be at Lutakko in Jyväskylä on October 12th and the second one at Nosturi in Helsinki on October 13th. The support acts will be Thaurorod (Lutakko and Nosturi) and Medicated (Nosturi).

Brutal Assault 2012 - New Bands Added To Line-Up

Unfortunately, death metal veterans Deicide have cancelled their summer European tour due to unforeseen circumstances. For this reason, Brutal Assault Festival has announced Brazilian death metallers Krisiun as a replacement. Other newly confirmed acts are Britisth black metallers Anaal Nathrakh and South African metalcore band Truth And Its Burden.
