The following was posted at November's Doom's offical home page :

''A third and final show has been added in Europe this November. This performance will be held on November 12th at Rockconcern De Rots, Antwerp Belgium. "There's always a list of songs in our catalog people ask to hear live, and we decided to try something a bit different, and play a different sort of set for the band," comments singer Paul Kuhr. "We will be performing the entire set, acoustically, and playing a large amount of songs we have never performed live before. We wanted to make our short trip to Europe a special one, and with all the focus being on the DVD shoot, this acoustic evening will be a great time for us, also giving the fans something unique from the band."

Floridian death metal act Malevolent Creation check in with the following lineup news:

"Yes, we have a new drummer and bass player...

Malevolent Creation will finally be able to tour with no further interuptions. Dave (Culross, drums) and Jay (Blachowicz, bass) could no longer commit to Malevolent Creation, due to job obligations and other interests. Best of luck to them.

Malevolent Creation have found a reliable drummer and bass player who will be able to tour consistently. Their names will be posted soon. We want to thank all of our friends and fans for their continued support.

See you all on tour! No one can destroy this Malevolent Creation!!!!!!!"

In the meantime it is announced that Malevolent Creation have recruited drummer Fabian Aguirre (Synapticide, ex-Grindcrusher, Misty Fate, Angel Negro) as the replacement for the recently departed Dave Culross. Handling the bass duties for the group on the road will reportedly be Marco Martell, who has already previously toured with the band.

Dark Fortress - Working On New Album

Dark Fortress have successfully finished the vocal recordings for their new album. At the moment guitarist V. Santura is working on the mix.

We hereby would like to seize the opportunity to clarify two things:
1. Our new frontman Morean is not the singer, but the guitarist of the band Noneuclid! The vocal styles of Noneuclid and Dark Fortress are actually quite different.
2. The forthcoming album, which initially was entitled "Scum", is now named "Eidolon". The musical compositions remained, but new lyrics and vocal lines have been written and arranged. "Eidolon" is a concept album which in its nine chapters describes the initiation, dehumanization and unearthly rebirth of a transcending soul by mirror magic and astral projection.

Furthermore, Dark Fortress are confirmed for Metalcamp Festival 2008 (04.-06. July 08) in Tolmin, Slovenia.

Forbidden - To Reunite For Select Shows

According to the band's MySpace page, Legendary San Francisco Bay Area thrashers Forbidden will reunite for several shows in 2008. Russ Anderson (vocals), Craig Locicero (guitar), Paul Bostaph (drums), Matt Camacho (bass) and Glen Alvelais (guitar) will bring something that so many of their peers, old-school fans and especially the younger generation of fans that never got to see Forbidden live have been asking for: a true Forbidden reunion!

Craig Locicero stated , "We want to show everyone what we used to do was as relevant and powerful as anybody else of that era. The gravity of our influence is really dawning on us now and we're very humbled. We owe it in turn back to those who supported our influenced us in the past. We'll be concentrating mostly on Forbidden Evil and Twisted Into Form material to give the people what they want. The time is right and it's gonna be a lot of fun. 2008 will also be the 20th anniversary for the release Forbidden Evil. It'll be VERY HEAVY and we're all excited to get started."

Added drummer Paul Bostaph (ex-Slayer, Testament): "Though out the years I've been asked about Forbidden by many people. Fans and friends alike have been wanting to see us play live again. I'm very happy to see this become a reality! I've been honored to play in some great bands. To play with Craig, Glenn, Matt and Russ (a truly great vocalist) again will be a longtime wish come true. I hope Forbidden fans get a kick outta this as much as I will!"

Forbidden is looking to book one Bay Area show for late January early February and look into some festivals in Europe, Japan and Australia starting in late May. These will all be exclusive gigs and there are no plans for a full-fledged tour, at least not in the immediate future. Locicero says, "We'll put our blood and guts into it and give it all we've got! Get ready to have your heads ripped off, motherfuckers!!!"
