Withering Scorn - Former Megadeth Members Launch New Band

Withering Scorn, a new band formed by ex-Megadeth drummer Shawn Drover and his brother, as well as ex-Megadeth guitarist Glen Drover. The band also feature former Fates Warning bassist Joe DiBiase and German vocalist Henning Basse (ex-Firewind and ex-MaYaN, etc.). Debut full length is currently in the making.

Necrofier - Ready To Release New Record, Details Disclosed

Texan black metal outlaws Necrofier will be releasing their second full length, Burning Shadows In The Southern Night, on June 2, 2023 via Season Of Mist Underground Activists. Alongside unveiled details, the band is now sharing the vicious new single, "Burnt By The Sacred Flame," along with a music video. The record was recorded and mixed at legendary Studio G in Brooklyn, NY by engineer, producer, and musician Joel Hamilton. Mastering handled by Maor Appelbaum at Maor Appelbaum Mastering.
