Scottish folk metal band Falloch has parted ways with guitarist/vocalist Andy Marshall, leaving Scott McLean as the only full-time band member. The band issued this statement about it: "Over the past couple of weeks Andy has decided that he doesn't want to continue working on Falloch. He has agreed to still play <b>Dark Bombastic Evening</b> in Romania in August, so anybody that is looking forward to seeing us there will still be able to."

The song appears on the band's latest album Crime Scene, which was issued through Sensory Records in 2010. Ex-Sabaton members Rikard Sundén (guitars), Oskar Montelius (guitars), Daniel Mullback (drums) and Daniel Mÿhr (keyboards), who parted ways with their former band in April, have teamed up with vocalist Nils Patrik Johansson (Astral Doors/Wuthering Heights) and bassist Stefan "Pizza" Eriksson (Volturyon/Ex-Cryonic Temple) to form the band Civil War.

The band is currently writing songs for a debut EP targeted for the fall of 2012 followed up by a full-length debut album in 2013.
