Steel Panther - Bassist Sits Out Tour To Attend Sex Rehab

Yes, you've read that correctly. It seems like California glam metal party legends Steel Panther's bassist will sit out of their upcoming tour. The lifestyle of debauchery has finally caught up with the band's bassist and Lexxi Foxx has voluntarily checked himself in to an undisclosed "sex rehab." He will have to miss the current U.S. tour that recently kicked off in Chicago. The band's friend of over 30 years and backstage doorman Spyder will be filling in on bass for the upcoming tour dates.

Swallow The Sun - Jaani Peuhu And Juho Räihä Official Members

Pythia - Cancel HRH Vikings Appearance, New Album Coming

British symphonic metalheads Pythia have cancelled their performance at the HRH Vikings in Sheffield. Singer Sophie Dorman has laryngitis and needs to rest her voice. In other news, Pythia will have a new album out soon and this will be their first with Sophie. Former singer Emily Alice Ovenden, who left in 2015, was featured on all studio albums.

Elvenking - New Multi-Album Contract With AFM Records

While winter is taking over Europe, and Italian folk metallers Elvenking just signed a brand new deal with AFM Records. The Italian band has had a relationship with AFM Records dating back to 2000. Now, after such a long period, the artist renewed the contract for a successive third time. While celebrating this event with a special award for more than 80,000 albums sold, the band is already in rehearsal sessions for a follow-up album of their 2017 output Secrets Of The Magick Grimoire.
