Whitesnake - New Album Pushed Back
Bad news for Whitesnake fans because the band has been forced to push back the projected release date of their new album, Flesh & Blood, to next year. The band's record label, Frontiers Music Srl, issued a statement blaming the delay on "technical issues" meaning the fans will have to wait longer for a new record.

Forbidden - Former Guitarist Tim Calvert Dies
Sad news come from the U.S because thrashers Forbidden just announced that former guitarist Tim Calvert (also in Nevermore from 1997-2000) has died. He was in Forbidden from 1990 to 1997 and also played on and contributed to Nevermore's concept album Dreaming Neon Black.

Icarus Witch - Introduce New Singer, New Song
A few weeks ago, Icarus Witch revealed that the band is working on new music. The Pittsburgh-based traditional heavy metal band found themselves seeking a new voice for their first album since 2012's Rise. They found the ideal vocalist in Andrew D'Cagna, a name many will recognize from his work with Brimstone Coven. U.D.O. - Part Ways With Guitarist Bill Hudson
The German-based metal band U.D.O., lead by German metal vocal old timer Udo Dirkscnieder, and their US-based guitarist Bill Hudson have decided to go their own separate ways. The split is due to a difference in their individual visions for the future, and is without any negative feelings on either side. Bill will now concentrate on his new project, while Udo decides on a replacement guitarist.
