Danish death/thrash metallers Hatesphere have announced via MySpace that they will be supporting Brazilian thrash metallers Sepultura on select shows in their upcoming Eastern European & Baltic Tour in March. Danish folk metallers Svartsot have announced Michael Alm as the band's new guitarist, who had previously been a member of now disbanded Fairytale Abuse. He will be replacing Uffe Dons Petersen.

The band broke the news via their Facebook: "We can also announce a new and grizzled face in the 2nd guitar slot - and he is Alm, formerly of Jydsk black metallers Fairytale Abuse. Obviously we take this position very seriously and so we were sure to put him through a rigorous interview process leaving nothing whatsoever to chance. 'Have you got an unfeasibly huge beard?' 'Yes.' 'You're in!'"
