Black Tusk have a new label home! The band faced an unexpected tragedy in late 2014 when founding bassist/vocalist Jonathan Athon passed away after a motorcycle accident. Following that, the band released the album Pillars Of Ash in 2016. Their brand new chapter is a record which will be coming out on Season of Mist. For now, the trio from Savannah, Georgia is currently working on their forthcoming studio album.

The melodeath band has launched an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign with the goal of intensifying the sounds of their 3rd album by recording with a live symphonic orchestra. MaYaN chose the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra to partner with in recording this album. This world-renowned symphonic orchestra was founded over 60 years ago and is one of the most respected and recorded orchestras. They are most notably known for their work in cinematic features such as the Star Wars saga, Hannibal (2001), and Arrival (2016). Yet, recording with an orchestra is a costly endeavor.

San Francisco progressive metal innovators Grayceon are finally back! Rainbow have released a stream of their brand new song "Waiting For A Sign", their first in over 20 years, which can be heard at this location. The track will appear on the band's upcoming album, Memories In Rock II, which is due out on April 6th via Minstrel Hall Music.
