Dark Funeral - Exclusive 20th Anniversary Show Detailed

In previous updates, black metallers Dark Funeral have referred to the upcoming 20th anniversary show they are preparing. Apart from working on a new album to be released this year, the Swedes have now revealed more about this special show. The anniversary gig entitled 20 years Of Satanic Symphonies will take place at Klubben, Stockholm in Sweden on May 3rd.

Chastain - New Lyric Video Online

Jill Janus - Demo Song Available Online

Vocalist Jill Janus wrote and recorded two demo songs in 2008 that were used to bait potential musicians for Huntress, who released Starbound Beast this year. In 2009, Janus met underground metal band Professor from Highland Park, CA. These two songs were played for the boys, they rehearsed once and immediately joined forces to birth Huntress. "Back From The Dead To Kill" remains unreleased and is offered up to fans of Huntress as part of their legacy. You can listen to the song right here.

Lay Down Rotten - New Song Streaming Online

German death metallers Lay Down Rotten will release their new album Deathspell Catharsis on January 24th, 2014 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland; January 27th in the rest of Europe; and on February 11th in North America via Apostasy Records. The album was once again produced by the band's collaborator Thilo Krieger in his Desert Inn Studio and today you get to listen to a brand new song from them. King Of Asgard - To Enter The Studio

Swedish Viking metallers King Of Asgard will start the recordings of their new album in March 2014. The band outlived and conquered the winter of three with Fi'mbulvintr, paid tribute to their ancestors and their proud past with ...To North. Now, for the third time around, King Of Asgard return to Andy LaRocque's Sonic Train Studios to carve the runes of the forthcoming, yet untitled album. At the moment, the last touches are being done on the songs and focus is set to surpass the two former releases.

Astarte - Tristessa In Critical Condition

Sadly, it has been announced that Maria "Tristessa" Kolokouri, the mastermind of Greek black metallers Astarte, is in critical condition battling leukemia. According to Tristessa's husband, she is fighting for her life right now. The band had before announced a new album for 2014. Hopefully, she can win this battle.
