Eryn Non Dae. - Enter Studio In August

Good news for post-metal fans. The French collective Eryn Non Dae. will soon enter the studio to record the follow-up to the praised Meliora album released in 2012. Their fourth record will be captured this August and the new songs will be recorded by long time collaborator Mobo from The Conkrete Studio. Stay tuned for more updates.

Maryland Deathfest 2018 - First Bands Confirmed

The first 25 bands have already been confirmed for Maryland Deathfest XVI! The annual event is taking place in Baltimore on May 24-27, 2018. The venues that will be used in 2018 will be the same as this year. Rams Head Live and Baltimore Soundstage will be used all 4 days and vendors will be set up at Power Plant Live. Some of the biggest names announced so far include Bloodbath, Eyehategod, God Dethroned and Evoken.

Shadowside - Announce New Album

Brazilian metal band Shadowside, featuring former HammerFall bassist Magnus Rosén, revealed details about their upcoming album today. Blind Guardian - Release 'Twilight Of The Gods' Live Video

German power metallers Blind Guardian are about to release their first live record in 14 years. Live Beyond The Spheres, a package filled with 22 songs, will be released on July 7th and guides the fans not only through the band's all-time classics such as "The Bard's Song (In The Forest)" or "Mirror Mirror", but also presents rarely performed songs like "And Then There Was Silence". Antigama - To Record New EP And Album

Antigama have been busy forging new material and fans can expect plenty of new releases coming from the Polish experimental metallers soon. The band is in the process of making a new album which will be recorded in early 2018. In the meantime, they are going to the studio to make a new EP as well titled Depressant. The session will begin next week at JNS Studio with Paweł 'Janos' Grabowski on the mixing board.

Auri - New Band Feat. Tuomas Holopainen, Troy Donockley

A new band, Auri, has just been introduced and it might interest Nightwish fans. The Finnish singer Johanna Kurkela (Sonata Arctica, Tuomas Holopainen) lent her voice, while Troy Donockley and Tuomas Holopainen cast their spells with various other instruments. Using selected guest musicians and friends, the album finally takes its form under the direction of sound engineer Tim Oliver, all within 'Real World' studios in Southern England.

Alter Bridge - Release Live Performance Video

Alter Bridge are hitting European festival and club stages right now. Just recently, they announced the release of a new live album and rarities collection called Live At The O2 Arena + Rarities which captures one of the biggest moments of the band's career, when they played their show at London's O2 Arena on November 24th, 2016. Nocturnal Rites just announced their comeback. At last, the wait is almost over and fans can get their hands on the new album from the Swedish power metallers this September. Cobalt - Release Live Video Clip

Cobalt had to unfortunately cancel their summer US tour due to vocalist Charlie Fell's foot injury but will hopefully re-schedule the tour sometime in the near impending future.
