The song isn't good, though it's excellent seeing that they now dare to take a clear stand against what they criticize through their recent music, which still is very generic and lack the passion they've shown throughout the years before Resist.

Since you've mentioned it, I'll add one more comment. First, I thought they were trying to repave the path Evanescence once crossed masterfully by adding electronic music to alt-rock with pitches of symphonic metal. They failed miserably, but instead of trying to get back on track, they just decided to let It all go downhill and see where it gets down to

You can barely hear and feel any organicity in their sound now, Sharon sounds like those japanese robot dolls from the late 90-2000s. It's awful. The worst about it are the fans praising this new sound, even with some (or many who don't admit) acknowledging it's not good. And don't dare you say any word about it, or they'll throw shade at you for an eternity, on all corners of the web. I always thought that being a fan was to support the artist's work by also giving negative feedbacks when needed so they can improve but, it seems to be quite "wrong" to act this way nowadays.

Well an embarrassment is certainly harsh, but it's a meh song.

Have we all heard the same song? Cause I like it and think it's great.
But to each their own I guess.
