The game is over, Gothenburg?

While the whole Melodic/Gothenburg Death Metal craze seems to be wearing off, there are some bands attempting to achieve success playing such genre. I won't deny it, is great genre with many good assets, and many hindrances also, like the repetitiveness, lack of innovation, false creativity and many more, and what else you could expect from a genre that spawns hundreds of bands each year?

You don't hear much MDM with much melodic creativity these days - every track except for 6 and 7 is brilliant, especially the first 5. This band had a unique style going for them...shame they didn't manage to foster it into something greater...

To describe the situation as I see no comments here. Been a mdm fan for years, I foundthis a superb album. It has its weeknesses but I am completely suggesting it for its unique approach to the genre. Noumena sounds like Noumena and this is areason to call it unique.

The production of the album isn't great and I dislike the vocals. Also as much a fan as I am of melodic metal this album just goes overboard.

Maybe the best album I have ever listened. Humans have so much variables to understand/enjoy the music in our brains, each variable is unique for every person. I found the most optimal album to meet my music need. I don't know, the gears in my head just fits with this album.

Enjoyable if somewhat generic melodic death metal.
