While I still enjoyed this, I didn’t find myself relentlessly- uncontrollably - headbanging as I did with the last few releases. It’s good, but it’s not nearly as epic. Sits somewhere between good and very good but I can’t make my mind up.

Another change is a much greater focus on the orchestral arrangements rather than the groove. Perhaps that’s the reason for my slightly waned enthusiasm. I guess I liked something in between MBR and a full on symphony…and this leaning toward the latter a little much for my tastes. Maybe.

Same for me here, I can’t put my finger on what’s missing but I’m not nearly as into this one

I'm not overly impressed with this album I find it just too much in the end, and tends to drag by the time I reach the latter stages, but I really admire this band's unique style. The mix of classic orchestrations, industrial elements, and electronics is such an intriguing combination, and I can't fault his musicianship skills here.

You people are on crack. This is hella good. One of the albums I have discovdered thanks to the awards and definitely better than Master Boot Record which I always found quite overrated.
