Even though it hurts me to admit it but my ex-Girlfriend (who by the way wasnt a metalhead then and I dont believe she is one now lol) introduced me to this site and then the fury began at 05 April 2005. I thought I was an old member till I found dates like Kap'N Korrupts November 2002 and Marcels and Wraths......damn I'm such a n00b

I found the site when I was searching for metal sites...

One friend of mine showed me the 101 rules of black metal and after reading them (and laughing ) I started to explore the whole site. I registered but then my computer errored so that I couldn't log in nor register a new account. I didn't know what was the problem so I just forgot the website until I remembered one day the Gore Bloody Gore comics, but when I came here I couldn't find them, since the site was remade or something. I still registered because I wanted to check the MS Compilation (the last one of them), and here I am still.

I found this site when I was putting together a metal trivia, and this site had pretty much everything I needed to know about certain metal bands, besides Belphegor, so I signed up and a few weeks later Belphegor was added to the site, which sort of solidified my interest in the site.

I found this because....I truly don't remember but I'm sure it has something to do with beer and naked girls, maybe I was looking for porn and I fucked up by typing metal storm instead of thong storm and viola... it was a long time ago hehehehe

Well I was reading the forum of a festival in france, and both Jeff and Wrathchild were posting there. Add to this I met back in 2003 in toulouse a girl who had a radio program named "metalstorm", it made me curious (esp. Jeff had "location : toulouse" back then) ^^

I found Metalstorm about a year ago, when I was searching for some bands discography on the internet...

Even I found MS while searching for band discographies, especially the band Death.

I found Metalstorm in 2004 because a friend of mine, who was an active member at that time told me about the page, I registered 6 months later and started to post one year later (Nov, 2005)

I thought I posted in that forum before! I guess that was in the old version...

Anyway, me, like many more, first came to this site in 2005. I was getting into metal and searching for some band discographies, especially Blind Guardian. Through Google I was getting redirected to this site... So in the late 2005 (15 November 2005 as my profile says) I decided to register, in a form of support to this great site... I started posting in the forum when I was searching for a Helloween song, that wasn't in the tracklist of the album I bought, so I asked wrathchild to give me the permission to create a topic about that . He denied, but gave me the Heloween forum link, to search there...

I never was much into the forum, since the last forum/site I was addicted to, banned me! I think I became more active in the summer of 2006, when the new version came and noticed that many bands were lacking on information, so I started adding info to bands and posting every now and then to the forum... So here I am!

Really? Ah! Yeah! I was saying that it's too hot living here! Haha! It seems like ages!

I don't even remember very well that, I was just seeing some metal webzines and I wasn't even searching any metal band in particular, just looking around; and suddenly I got into this page, so after I saw all the stuff in here I added it to my faves, and a couple of days later I joined here, like one year ago or something, this is a really good metal webzine, that's whay I joined, 'cause I'm not used to join any webzine too often... actually, this is the only one I've joined :)

I remember it very well, I was searching for some comics in GOOGLE and after very crapy ones, I found "Headbanged Comics" (you bett I miss them now ) and decided to take a look. From that day, I was returning for every new comic, and after few weeks I registered, and Im stil here!

In my town, almost anybody (that i know) don't like metal, just punks and beggars (no offense because they're people too )...So i searched in google for metal forums and this was the best that i've founded and this forum is really really good

I saw a link in the Estonian Hard Rock Club website. And I understood, that Metal Storm is the greatest forum I'd ever seen before.

I was just goofin' around on the internet, searching for a cool Metal website/forum, so I (of course) ended up here on Metalstorm. I instantly liked the site, but in the beginning, I wasn't really active on the forum. Metalstorm, for me is the best Metal forum ever.

we have an argument with friends...i claimed that Rhapsody is better band than Manowar and one of my friends say "maybe for you, but look at the MetalStorm rating (according to number of fans), there is Manowar higher"...so i have looked...and stayed

I found this site randomly, i was searching for different metal sites so i can discover new bands that ive never heard of and i came across MS. Im glad i found it otherwise i wouldnt have met my wonderful bf, Matt.

I found the site while looking for some place that has a huge list of metal bands and what genre they were in so I could hear lots of new bands as I had run out of metal bands and needed to find new ones in order to broaden my horizons

I think I just typed 'Metal forum' in Google and found Metal Storm that way.

my boyfriend was at my place and wanted to check for some news...so I added the site to bookmarks
