There’s a lot of bands playing this mix right in between stoner/sludge/post/alt right now and I really dig it

They've taken another step or two away from stoner and towards post-metal and alt-metal styles here; I'm not sure I enjoy this as much as the last record, but their continual evolution is interesing

I liked this a lot. Great combination of post metal and alternative.

Pretty decent album, I agree it's mostly post-metal but with a mix of sludge and definitely less stoner, it reminds me very much of Psychonaut.
