It's a lot to digest in one playthrough, but it's a strong return after several years - feels a bit more black metal-oriented perhaps, but need to give A Throne Of Ash to revisit. I really dig Cosmic Voice

Ten tracks at over an hour and six minutes is demanding. Pile on the intensity and bleakness that this band is known for and we've got a BURDEN of black metal. A blackened beast of burden. Still, if you enjoy melodic black metal with sludge tendencies, you'll dig this one. Hard to envision a world where I replay this whole thing, but some of these songs belong on a playlist.
